    How AI Content Generation Works

    Learn how to use AI to automatically generate optimized product names and descriptions from your import list, saving time before publishing to your store.

      Enable AI content generation for your space

      Go to your Space settings and enable the 'AI Content Generation' toggle. This allows the system to use your monthly AI credits to generate product content.

      Open a product in your import list

      Navigate to your import list and click on any product to open the product editor. You will see the product name and description fields ready to edit.

      Click 'Generate with AI'

      Next to the description field, click the '✨ Generate with AI' button. The system will use your product's supplier data (title, category, attributes) to create an optimized name and description.

      Review the generated content

      The AI-generated name and description will be filled in automatically. Review the content and make any edits you want before saving. You can always edit the fields manually.

      Save and publish

      Save the product. The generated content will be used when you import the product to your Shopify store. One AI credit is consumed per successful generation.

      Monitor your credits

      You can see your remaining AI credits in the product editor. Credits reset monthly and equal the maximum number of products on your plan (e.g., 300 for Growth). When credits run out, the button is disabled until the next cycle.

    What is the product score and how is it calculated?
    The product score is a 0 to 100 rating that helps you quickly evaluate a product's overall potential. It is based on 7 dimensions: delivery, image, rating, sales, stock, supplier, and video.
    How often does stock sync with AliExpress?
    Stock sync frequency depends on your plan. FREE syncs once per day, Starter syncs twice per day, Pro syncs four times per day, and Business includes unlimited stock sync.
    Can I set a custom price for a specific product instead of using the price rule?
    Yes. You can use a per-product override when you need a custom price for a specific item, even if your space already has a general price rule.
    How do I search for products?
    Type keywords (e.g. 'wireless earbuds') or paste an AliExpress product URL directly into the search box and press Search. Your last search is saved in the URL so you can come back to it anytime.
    Can I search by URL?
    Yes! Paste the full AliExpress product URL into the search box and press Search to fetch that exact product instantly.
