How to Read the Dashboard Analytics

Understand every chart and metric on your space dashboard: sales trends, margin health, top products, and how to use the data to grow your dropshipping business.

    KPI summary cards

At the top of the dashboard you'll find four summary cards: Total Revenue (gross sales in your space currency), Total Orders (orders placed in the selected period), Average Margin (weighted average profit margin across all orders), and Stock Alerts (products with low or zero stock). These update in real time whenever you change the time range.

    Time range selector

Use the '3 / 6 / 12 months' buttons at the top-right of the charts section to change how far back the data goes. All charts update simultaneously. The default view is 6 months.

    Sales over time (area chart)

The large area chart shows your monthly revenue — the sum of all order values for each calendar month. A filled area below the line makes it easy to spot growth or dips at a glance. Hover over any point to see the exact sales figure for that month. Use this to identify seasonal patterns or the effect of adding new products.

    Margin by month (bar chart)

Each bar represents the average profit margin for that month as a percentage. The color tells you the health of your margin: green means ≥ 30% (healthy), amber means 20–29% (acceptable), and red means < 20% (low — review your price rules). Hover over a bar for the exact figure. If margins are consistently low, try adjusting your price rules or switching suppliers.

    Sales by supplier (donut chart)

This donut chart breaks down your total revenue by dropshipping supplier (e.g. AliExpress, Temu). Each slice is a supplier. Use this to understand which supplier drives the most revenue and whether you're over-reliant on one source. Hover over a slice to see the exact amount.

    Sales by store (donut chart)

The same breakdown but split by connected store (e.g. Shopify stores). If you have multiple stores connected to one space, this shows which storefront generates the most sales. It helps you decide where to focus product imports.

    Top products

The table at the bottom lists your best-selling products ranked by revenue. Each row shows the product name, total units sold, and total revenue. Clicking a row takes you directly to that product in your import list, so you can adjust its configuration or import more variants.

    Analytics are plan-gated

Dashboard analytics require the Growth plan or higher. On the Free or Starter plan the chart area shows a locked overlay. Upgrade your plan from the Subscription page to unlock full analytics.
