How subscriptions and plans work
Learn what each Build the Drop plan includes, how billing works, and what to expect when you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
The plans available in Build the Drop
Build the Drop offers four plans: FREE, Starter, Pro, and Business. FREE is designed for testing the platform with one space, one store, one AliExpress account, and basic daily stock syncing. Paid plans unlock higher product limits, more spaces, more stores, more connected AliExpress accounts, and advanced automation features.
What each paid plan unlocks
Starter is built for solo sellers who want product scoring, analytics, and more room to import products. Pro is a growth plan with multiple spaces, multiple stores, more frequent stock updates, unlimited reviews, review images, auto-pay, and price auto-update. Business is for larger operations that need more spaces, higher catalog limits, unlimited stores, unlimited AliExpress accounts, and unlimited stock updates.
How billing works
Paid subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe. Once your payment is confirmed, your account gets access to the features and limits of your selected plan. Your billing cycle renews automatically unless you change or cancel your subscription from your billing settings.
Monthly vs yearly billing
You can choose a monthly or yearly billing cycle depending on how you want to pay. The plan features stay tied to the plan you choose, while the billing period determines how often you are charged. Monthly is more flexible for short-term use, while yearly is better if you want a longer commitment and simpler annual billing.
Upgrading and downgrading
You can move between plans as your business changes. Upgrading gives you access to higher limits and additional features such as more spaces, more stores, product score, analytics, or automation tools. Downgrading reduces your available limits and feature access, so it is best to review your current usage before switching.
What happens when you cancel
If you cancel a paid subscription, your account does not disappear. It downgrades to the FREE plan and remains ACTIVE. That means you keep access to the platform, but your limits and available features fall back to the FREE plan rules.
